Protel’s new AI Agent, Percy, is now live for all users. As a result, we have compiled the following FAQs, so you can find out how Percy can help you.
What is Percy?
Percy is Protel’s new AI agent, designed to help our associates get more from the MyProtel platform. It will support users by answering questions, helping them navigate the platform, and making it easier to find the project intelligence that matters to them
Why is Protel Introducing Percy?
As your Capex project intelligence partner, our priority is to supply our associates with the information that matters most to them. Percy is being developed to help users move through that information more efficiently and identify relevant opportunities with greater confidence.
What can Percy do?
Percy Free will support associates by responding to queries, summarising content and providing guidance as they navigate the platform. It will help users understand information more quickly, identify useful next steps and point associates towards relevant opportunities based on their interests. The advanced version of Percy (Percy Plus) will offer deeper support.
Will Percy replace the MyProtel platform?
No. Percy will not replace MyProtel. It is being introduced as an additional feature within the Protel experience, helping users interact with the platform more easily and get to the right information more quickly.
Who will be able to use Percy?
Percy Free will be available to all Protel associates at no extra cost. This means every associate will have access to a smarter and more interactive way of using MyProtel.
Is there an advanced version of Percy?
Yes. Alongside the standard version, Protel has developed an advanced version of Percy, called Percy Plus. This enhanced version has the ability to view what a user is working on, pull from project entries and summarise data from across Protel’s database.
How will Percy help users find opportunities?
Percy will help users by making it easier to ask questions, search for relevant projects, and locate actionable opportunities. Percy Plus takes this further, directly pulling up project bulletins, cross-referencing project information, and interrogating Protel’s extensive data set to provide actionable intelligence, from contacts, to trends.
