Using CRM Features to Boost Project Sales

Save time and boost project sales? Start using CRM features!

We recently introduced free CRM-type features to our MyProtel project search engine for subscribers. It couldn’t be easier to start using these new areas of MyProtel – watch our webinar to see how to get started. This includes a Q&A toward the end with lots of helpful hints and tips.

Not sure what we do? Take a look at our products page to learn how Protel intelligence can help you win new business.

What are these features?

  • Note taking – Record your thoughts, progress and additional information against target project opportunities to stay organised. Notes can be made public among your colleagues to aid collaboration.
  • Scheduling – Maximise timeliness of approach by scheduling activities to when they will be most effective.
  • Reminders – Never miss an activity with unintrusive reminders straight to your inbox.
  • Visibility between team members – Avoid duplication of effort by assigning or claiming project opportunities. Monitor and track team sales pipelines.

Efficiency of approach is one of the key challenges in project sales

Get started by clicking the MyCRM button on MyProtel:

Get started with MyCRM
Once there, you can see at a glance all of the relevant functionality that’ll help you boost project sales. If you’re searching MyProtel for relevant project bulletins, you will also see CRM feature buttons (assign, notes, actions) available in the floating toolbar on the left of your screen.

Further functionality is available to subscription administrators, allowing collaboration between multiple assignees and accountability with timed actions.

If you’re not sure, then get in touch with your account manager via the Contact Us button on MyProtel, who will be able to talk you through the features and how you could start applying them to your organisation in more detail.

The features are free and are designed to sit alongside the main MyProtel functionality, so you can use them as much of as little as you feel is necessary.

If you’re not already subscribed to our project intelligence, get in touch with us to find out how we could help you open new doors and win new business.
