Roger Pettit - Roger graduated with a BA in Business Studies and began a 30 year career selling products to the process sectors. He has held a number of sales and management positions including General Manager with Brown & Tawse, Sales Development Manager with Aalco and Sales Manager with Gilwood Fabrications. As with a number of our colleagues, Roger’s sales activities brought him into contact with Protel’s project information. He joined us in 2000 to assist in sales of Protel subscriptions and his former success as a user of the information is now invaluable in his role as Sales Manager. Roger spends much of his time visiting clients to help and advise in the effective use of project sales leads.

David Ley – David completed a Diploma in Business and Finance leading to a 12 year career within the Finance Sector. David has been employed in various sales and management roles for major Banks and Insurance Companies. In 2009 David had the opportunity of a sales position within one of the UK’s leading environmental waste processing companies. Specialising in Supplying conveyors and mobile dewatering services to the Water, Energy, Food and Beverage sectors. David has gained a good level of knowledge and experience of process industry which is proving to be of great benefit in his current role working for Protel.

Alex Brook - Alex’s graduation in 2002 led to an initial career in Hotel and then Retail Management. It wasn’t until 2009 that Alex decide to enter the world of sales by gaining the position of ‘Data Consultant’ at Corpdata. Here he quickly learned and developed skills in lead generation, Consultation, Business development and account management and successfully completed a level 3 NVQ qualification in Sales. Alex recently joined Protel to increase lead generation and looking forward to a long and successful career.

Jack Turner – Jack graduated with a BSc in Business Management from Cardiff University in 2011 and joined Protel as a Management Trainee. Since then he has been gaining experience in various roles in the company and assisting with both research and sales activities. Jack continues to build his knowledge of the process sector and looks forward to continuing opportunities to learn, grow and succeed as a member of the Protel team.
